Spring is here, and with just weeks to finish logging before he has to give his timber claim back, Kevin invests money he doesn’t have on big plans to get the job done - but when everything starts to go wrong, he’s not sure he’ll make his deadline.

Drawing inspiration from iconic Hungarian born cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond, Bourdain explores the beauty, culture, history, architecture and food of Budapest. The culinary dishes sampled during his journey include goulash, fisherman’s soup, blood sausage, stuffed cabbage and, during a stop at restaurant Pleh Csarda, a golden brown pancake heaped with chicken liver and bone marrow, fried schnitzel and venison stew.

When his plans for the shop hit a snag, Joseph scrambles to get things back on track -- with help from his father's idol, Enrico Macias.

As the clock counts down on the end of Kevin’s timber claim, he’s pulling out all the stops and calling in favours from friends and family to get every last log off the mountain side before it’s too late.
