Usually I just auto expose in aperture priority.  If I'm in 4k 120p or HD 240fps, I let my shutter ride.  What happens when you actually follow the 180 degree shutter rule?  Do we even want motion blur in slow mo?  Sony A7S III with 200-600mm, slow mo wildlife cinema.
