Summary

Sony is gaining on Canon.  Canon has been #1 forever.  Hard to beat Sony, except the colour science of course.  Today we're trying out some fun stuff with the Sony A7S III and 200-600mm in Topaz Video Enhance AI.  Is it better to slow 4k 120p down further, or upscale HD 240p?  We'll do some side by sides.
