Dear Fuji, if you wanna survive 2021 and beyond, you're going to have to make some tough decisions.  Let's talk about some of the questionable decisions they've made over the last year including their recent announcements.  XH1 immediately being killed off by the XT3.  10-24mm f4 ii with almost no improvements.  27mm f2.8 ii, was that necessary?  An 18mm f1.4 when you have a 16mm f1.4?  The 16mm f2.8 being even worst at autofocus?  70-300mm f4-5.6 when you have many overlapping similar focal lengths?  An XE4 with less control than a smartphone?  Who's making these decisions?
