With a peg leg. Not a torrent client. The Pirate Voice isn’t a random choice, believe it or not, but before we talk about why pirate voice, I wanna clear up why I’m not a fan of using “content” to describe broad selections of media or culture. For me, saying “content” is like putting milk in coffee–I avoid it where possible because it makes me a little queasy, though I can appreciate that for some people it’s a WAY OF LIFE. For whatever reason - when someone describes themselves as a fan of someone else’s “content”, or when YouTube provides guidance on how to get “subscribers” to interact with your “content”. I bristle. So that’s what we’re going to talk about today.
