Summary
Tiramisu is, I think, the best way to eat your coffee! To start our Classics of Coffee series on it, we wanted to uncover more about the origins of this dessert, where it came from and how it became so popular worldwide. We'll dive into recipes, techniques and ingredients (beyond just getting super weird about the coffee) as we journey towards an Ultimate Tiramisu recipe. Thank you so much to Francesco and his team at Twissen for their support on this project and to Carlo Campeol and Massimo Linguanotto for speaking with us. Here’s a Short video we filmed to taste the top 5 tiramisus in Treviso from last year’s Tiramisu World Cup: https://youtube.com/shorts/uQQLpFdeDWM?feature=share The Tiramisu series continues!
