Summary

We drove to Wales to see puffins on Skomer Island and we had no idea what we were getting into. Danni had never seen a puffin before. The forecast said rain. We got sunburnt. We had lunch with seals. And then the boat broke down and we got stranded on the island.

This is the story of one of the best days we've had in three years of van life and why Skomer Island in Pembrokeshire is one of the most magical places in the UK to see puffins up close.
