Summary

An exploration into the coffee economy through the cappuccino. How long does it take for a barista to earn enough money to pay for a cappuccino at their cafe? How does this differ across the world and over time? Earlier this year, we gathered this data from baristas and compared it to corresponding data from 2015 (back in my blogging days).

We caught a small error at the last minute about urban and rural figures in the UK, but my point about the differences being so small as to be irrelevant still stands! Our apologies for the Philippine flag colours being in the wrong format during the hourly rate segment and the Irish flag not being right in one of the thumbnails tested.
