If you just switched from a windows PC to mac and feel lost, here are all the settings you should change.  Embrace the Mac way of life.  Don't try to replicate Windows.  Macbook Pro M4 Max can replace your desktop PC.  The default settings on Macs are really bad and unintuitive so there's a few settings you'll want to change immediately.
