Summary

Has Canon purposely killed off m4/3?  The advantage of micro four thirds was light weight gear, small telephoto lenses, just less weight, lighter and less expensive camera and lenses.  But now, Panasonic m43 cameras like the GH7 and G9 II are actually heavier than full frame.  And Canon has made a bunch of lenses that are actually lighter than micro four thirds lenses for telephoto and wildlife.  Canon R5 II with RF 800mm f11 is hard to beat right now.
