Summary

Canon C50 cinema camera is out, not only could they not even match the 5 year old Sony FX3, they went in an entirely new direction.  High resolution 7k footage for the most clinical, modern sharp image you've ever seen.  I don't know who appreciates this kind of crispy footage, but most cinema nerds like a soft vintage look.  This is classic Canon Cripple Hammer stuff, where they protect their other cameras like the C80, C70 and R5 II.  I'm so much happier to own the R5 II instead of this C50 and would never trade it.
