Summary

Micro four thirds isn't dead, but it's not exactly innovating lately.  Olympus sold to OM System and OMSystem hasn't released anything actually new.  So it's all up to Panasonic to keep m4/3 alive and represent crop sensors vs full frame.  Problem is, the new GH7 is heavier than most full frame cameras, and the G9 II uses the full frame S5 II body.  Get back to your roots panny boy.

If you buy today's gear through my affiliate links, Panasonic will make an 8MP cinema cam in a smaller than S9 body with a viewfinder.
