Nikon Z6 III: Are These Deal Breakers?

Nikon Z6 III is a flawed camera. Can we live with its flaws though? Lower dynamic range than most other full frame cameras. Very noisy image. Strange flashes in the shadows? But it has sharper HD 240fps than my Sony ZVE1. 4k 120p and 6k 60p raw. But damn terrible jerky IBIS, left side mode dial. It's hard to fall in love with Nikon.
