The concept of the mind is inseparable from that of the body because we experience the whole of our reality THROUGH our body. But in Deadpool’s case, his body is not so much a part of his reality as it is just another object that he interacts with. He is unfazed by his own mutilation, and has experienced his own physical destruction too many times to keep track of. So has this fundamentally altered his state of consciousness, to the point of delusion? We think it is very possible, but please let us know your opinions in the comments below! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Flash Forward Podcast: http://www.flashforwardpod.com/2016/02/09/episode-02-love-at-first-bot/ -------------------------------------------------------------------- TWEET OF THE WEEK: https://twitter.com/V1ct0rCR0cc0/status/698695488535711744 -------------------------------------------------------------------- ASSET LINKS: pixel art @ 1:47 http://pixelpandemonium.tumblr.com/ merc with a mouth Dr Suess @ 2:06 http://www.mikegoesgeek.com/ Additional asset links can be viewed here in this fun Google doc! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GPpItFO3isx7jIRwezqHS5PlVFc-3r0fn-GKGZQniCs/edit?usp=sharing -------------------------------------------------------------------- Music: "Europe" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Level 5" by Room for the Homeless (http://bit.ly/10N0Ykm) "Bouncy Castle" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) ":P" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Squarehead" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Number Cruncher" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Little Birthday Acid" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Topskore" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Anti Vanishing Spray" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Tarty Prash" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Carry on Carillon" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Uptown Tennis Club" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Squarehead" by Roglok (http://www.roglok.net) "Dream Of Autumn" by Night Shift Master https://soundcloud.com/dj-darkmatter- "Insert Toy For Coin" by Eatme (http://eatme.pro/music/) "Dizor" by Outsider https://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/440 "Lets go back to the rock" by Outsider https://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/440 "Something like this" by Outsider https://www.jamendo.com/en/artist/440 -------------------------------------------------------------------- Written and hosted by Mike Rugnetta (@mikerugnetta) (who also has a podcast!
