A slower start today, we slept in, no apologies for that one. Woke up at a quiet forestry park up with a walking trail right outside the van, so Aurimas got a morning run in before we had breakfast and headed out to stock up on food. From there we drove east into the Cairngorms, stopping first at Carrbridge to check out the Old Packhorse Bridge, one of the oldest stone bridges in the Scottish Highlands. We had a wander along the river walk, got unexpectedly surrounded by lambs, and grabbed a coffee and snack at a local café before heading on. Next stop was Grantown-on-Spey, a charity shop visit for Emily, showers at the local leisure centre (a genuine highlight after a few days off-grid), and then we found a beautiful park up right on the River Spey for the night. Dinner was crispy Chinese style chicken cooked in the van. A quiet, productive day, the kind that keeps this trip going. #VanLife #vanlifescotland #cairngorms #campervanlife ________________________________________________________________________ 🙌 SUPPORT US: Become a patreon member - https://www.patreon.com/cw/TakeAPeakAtThis Buy Me a Coffee – https://buymeacoffee.com/takeapeakatthis Paypal - https://paypal.me/AurimasKaniava _________________________________________________________________________
