After finishing the challenge, things slowed right down. With our diesel heater broken and a replacement on the way, we were forced to stay in one area for a few days, dealing with cold nights and waiting it out. Instead of rushing around, we took the chance to slow down and explore what was around us, finding some incredible spots along the way like Glenmore Forest Park and the beaches of Loch Morlich. But the real moment came when the heater finally arrived. No garage. No workshop. Just a car park… and us figuring it out. We got straight to work, replacing the diesel heater ourselves. And luckily… it worked. Even better than the previous one.
