Day 16 of our Van Life Unfiltered 30 Day Series. After a more difficult day yesterday, we woke up to a crisp and peaceful morning somewhere in Scotland. It definitely felt like we were much further north now, but after a quiet night, things already started to feel a bit better. And then the day completely turned around. We were greeted with blue skies and sunshine, something we definitely weren’t expecting and decided to continue heading further north. Our first stop was the incredible Finnich Glen (Devil's Pulpit), a place that honestly felt like something from another world. After a short walk down into the gorge, we spent some time exploring before getting back on the road. From there we made our way to Loch Lomond, where we stopped in the village of Balmaha. We had some lunch by the loch and went for another walk and the views just kept getting better. Beaches, mountains, and incredible scenery in every direction. After everything from the previous day, this one completely lifted the mood and, for the first time, really felt like one of the best days of the trip so far. To finish the day, we found a designated campervan parking spot, cooked some dinner, and settled in after a day that reminded us exactly why we chose this lifestyle. _________________________________________________________________________ 🙌 SUPPORT US: Buy Me a Coffee – buymeacoffee.com/takeapeakatthis ___________________________________________________________________________ Locations in this video 📍 Finnich Glen (Devil's Pulpit) 📍 Loch Lomond 📍 Balmaha ___________________________________________________________________________ 🔔 Van Life Unfiltered – 30 Day Series We quit our jobs, gave up our flat, and moved into our campervan to see if full-time van life is really possible.
