Day 4 of our van life journey takes us deeper into the mountains of South Wales. After a quiet night parked near Melincourt Falls, we woke up refreshed and ready for another adventure. Today’s plan was to hike towards a remote plane crash site hidden near Llyn y Fan Fach. The walk took us through some incredible Welsh scenery, but after a small detour off the path we finally located the crash site. The atmosphere there was eerie and sombre, and we spent some time taking it in before making our way back down to the van. After the hike, we continued our journey through Wales and headed to our park up for the night. We settled in, made dinner in the van, and called it an early night after a long but memorable day exploring the mountains. This is Episode 4 of our Van Life Unfiltered series, where we document the real experience of living full-time in our campervan and exploring the UK one day at a time. 📍 Locations in this video • Brecon Beacons National Park • B-24 Liberator bomber plane crash site 🔔 Van Life Unfiltered – 30 Day Series We quit our jobs, gave up our flat, and moved into our campervan to see if full-time van life is really possible.
